Taxpayers who want a duplicate tax bill for their records may submit a request that includes their name, APN, and a day-time phone number to:

                                Martinez , CA 94553-0063

Taxpayers may also call our office, (877) 957-5280, to order a duplicate tax bill and/or email us the duplicate tax bill request. Those who want a duplicate tax bill for a property they do not own must pay $1 per tax bill.
 
Be sure that your payment and/or duplicate bill fee check clearly states your name, APN, mailing address, phone number, and email address if available so that we may contact you with any questions regarding your payment.

If you do not have a tax bill, but know the 10-digit parcel number, you may mail a payment without an original tax bill as long as the parcel number is on the face of the check(s). Be sure your check payment includes the necessary information on the face of your check. Please refer to our Pay by Mail section for more information.

You can also make payments for the current tax year online. You will need your 10-digit APN.
